Giving Back

Giving back to the community is one of the core principles of the Potocsny Financial Group.  The Potocsny Family has a long history of volunteering, providing charity and helping make our communities stronger.  

Among many other things, Mark Potocsny was involved with Guilford CT youth sports and was appointed by the Mayor of New Haven to the Cultural Affairs Committee for previous years.

Currently, Mark Potocsny serves as board Vice President for the Friends of Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital. Since 2017 Mark Potocsny has helped friends raise over $250,000 for children and families in need.  In 2018 Mark received the Dr. Babar award for distinguished service to the Friends of Yale-New Haven Children’s Hospital.

Mark has served on the Board of Directors for the Arts Council of Greater New Haven and has been helping improve the quality of life through the arts in New Haven County for over ten years.
